Audi S Line signifies a sportier model for the customers of A4. Previously, Ingolstadt provided Audis S Line in two trim levels. But, moving forward to the next generation, these trim levels were released under same name for sportier range.
Audi S Line Exterior & Interiors
The exterior of Audi S Line is distinguished by aluminum window trims, 18-inch alloy wheels, S-Line badge and body styling. The eye catching features in the interior are Strato cloth upholstery, leather covered three-spoke steering wheel, sports seats with electric lumbar support, Concert CD/2 radio player. Apart from these, electric heated mirrors, electric rear windows, and sports suspension furnish the interiors.
Engine & Transmission
The engines offered for the Audi S Line sports car are turbocharged 2.0T FSi unit delivering 130bhp, 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine that produces 138/168bhp, 3.2-litre V6 FSI engine that churns out 230bhp/252bhp. This car comes with few high-tech gearboxes also.
Based on the choice of the engine, the available transmissions are six- and five-speed manual. The version with the front-wheel design comes with a continuously variable transmission. In case of Quattro all-wheel drive, an optional six-speed automatic transmission is available too.
The version designed with 2.0-litre petrol engine produced about 130bhp, it costs about £20,650 and the maximum price goes as high as £29,710 for the model with 3.0-litre TDI S Line engine. The Audi S Line has particularly attractive versions with powerful engines.
